Marni Parsons

Marni Parsons is the Senior Vice President of Student and Family Services at Bright Star Schools, where she leads the vision and strategy for school culture, counseling, and alumni support. She focuses on building intentional school environments that maximize learning, inclusion, and belonging for every student.

With over 30 years of experience supporting Los Angeles students from preschool through high school, Marni specializes in child and adolescent psychology, parent coaching, Positive Discipline, and Restorative Practices. She partners with educators and families to advance youth mental health, social-emotional learning, and educational equity—creating balanced environments where all young people thrive.
