Contact Information to Receive Bright Star Schools’ Communications: Parents/ guardians and other users that sign up on the Website to receive Bright Star Schools communications voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name, phone number and e-mail address). We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Bright Star Schools is not responsible for the tracking activities of such third-party websites.

We do not request or knowingly collect any personally identifiable contact information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Website services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Bright Star Schools makes commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the information we collect from the Website. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

Social Media & Communication Policy

Bright Star Schools’ Social Media & Communication policy governs usage of the school’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media accounts and pages. At Bright Star Schools, we strive to maintain an online presence that shares information and updates with our extended community while maintaining a respectful environment. With this in mind, we reserve the right to remove any content on our page that could be perceived as:

  • Explicit or profane in any way, demeaning any person or group of persons in any way, personally attacking toward any individual or organization
  • Spam or an advertisement
  • A student-specific concern or question that is best addressed in an offline manner
  • Violating Bright Star Schools’ respectful environment

Please be polite and courteous. We welcome your feedback and concerns anytime but Bright Star Schools’ social media pages are not designed to address such feedback. Bright Star Schools families – please direct concerns, questions, and feedback to your child’s teacher, counselor, or school administrator (if applicable) or to info@brightstarschools.org.
