Hiring Process

Bright Star Schools accepts applications on a rolling basis for all of our teaching positions, so we encourage you to apply as early as possible.

Applications for administrative positions are due on March 1.

Application Steps

Once these four steps are completed, you will hear back from us with a decision. If at any point you have a question or concern, please contact us at teach@brightstarschools.org.

Step 1

Online Application

Submit your personal information, academic history, and leadership experience. We require a cover letter, resume, two letters of recommendation, and three professional references. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Application In Person

Step 2

Talent Team Video Interview

If selected, candidates will participate in a 45-minute video interview via Zoom.

Step 3

School Site Interview

If selected, participate in a school site interview and give a model lesson to students.
