Request A Transcript
Transcripts should be submitted to the Alumni Support & College Success Coordinator at least 2 weeks before they are due.
To Request an Official or Unofficial Transcript
For unofficial and official transcripts, complete and submit the Transcript Request Form.
Your transcript will be issued by the ASCS Coordinator at your former high school site and will be processed in 3-5 business days. They will email you once it's ready for pick up or has been mailed.
