One of the ways we build up our amazing educators is by providing 260+ hours of professional development each year, as well as one-on-one, job-embedded instructional mentoring and coaching for all teachers.
Nearly all (97%) of new Bright Star teachers reported that coaching has positively impacted their practice and teaching experience.
